Check your air conditioner filter!

This is the time of year that most people figure that their air conditioner unit will just keep working for the rest of the summer - please be sure to check your filter each month to avoid a costly service call!
The attached picture is an actual filter taken from a customers home; needless to say - her "cooling" was not working!
