Beware of Dog!
For those that have pets that "do their business" near your air conditioner - beware! Constant "bombardment" of pet urine on an air conditioner can cause the copper and aluminum in the unit to breakdown over time and cause all kinds of problems!

Air Conditioner "freeze-up"!
